Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 30 or more days before departure receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations 15-29 days before departure are subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations within 14 days of departure, or no-shows, are non-refundable, since hotel and vehicle bookings are confirmed and paid on your behalf ahead of arrival.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment specified in your quote.

No wildlife sighting is ever guaranteed, but three drives across different zones gives you a strong statistical chance, especially outside the summer months when sightings can actually improve near water sources.
Most visitors arrive via Sawai Madhopur railway station (well connected to Jaipur and Delhi) or by road from Jaipur, roughly 3.5-4 hours away — we include this transfer in the package.
