Bookings

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment specified in your written quote. Rates are per person on a twin-sharing basis unless otherwise noted, and subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to substitute a named hotel or vendor with a comparable alternative in the event of unforeseen unavailability, and will notify you in writing before doing so wherever possible.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification, complying with local laws and site-specific dress codes (particularly at temples and dargahs), and arriving on time for scheduled safaris and transfers.

Liability

Tours Director acts as a booking agent for third-party hotels, transport and activity providers, and is not liable for delays, losses, or incidents outside our direct control, including weather, wildlife sighting outcomes, or third-party service failures.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
