Cancellation Policy

Because hotel and vehicle bookings are confirmed and paid on your behalf ahead of arrival, cancellation charges apply based on how close to departure you cancel:

• 30+ days before departure: full refund, minus a processing fee
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% charge
• Within 14 days of departure, or no-shows: non-refundable

Some heritage properties and desert camps enforce their own, stricter cancellation windows during peak season (December–January) and wedding season — we will always disclose the specific policy for your booking in writing before you pay.
